Description

The window primary color. This is the background color for the window inner frame and button menu bar (if any). This may only be defined at window creation time. Redefining its value at any other time has no effect.

If not defined, a default color is used, obtained from the window manager. On Unix systems this is via the X application resource background via the window.shell_name value.
