The graphic primitive type name. Current possible values are:

• arc

• cell

• circle

• compound

• ellipse

• glabel

• gtext

• instance

• lines

• node

• polygon

• polynode

• prism

• vector

The graphic type is also available in a numeric form via the entity.gtype_index member. It cannot be changed by the user.
